Probably the most embarrassing TV show I watch, but for whatever reason, one of the most entertaining. Every week this season my Dad and I would watch the performances and the results show. Now the most pathetic part: we had an American Idol Fantasy Draft for money. Unfortunately I lost that bet due to Crystal Bowersox and winner Lee DeWyze being my dads top 2 picks.

The right people deserved to be there, although Lee choked harder than judge Kara did on Casey James, he got the votes of the horny housewives of America. The show was very predictable and seems the show is getting worse ratings every year. They missed a huge opportunity in letting Tits McGee (Paula Abdul) sing with Andrew Garcia for a performance of “Straight Up”, he had the best performance of the season: View Here. It’ll be interesting to see if the show gets canned after Simon Cowell leaves. Most moments celebrating him in the season finale were pretty awkward though. This was the first season I had ever watched Idol front to end for whatever reason my dad and I had a blast doing it.
