Is This Still An Argument?

I’m really sick of the LeBron vs. Kobe comparison, it’s not even close. LeBron might not even be the SECOND best player in the league right now. With LeBron James preoccupied with his starting line-up dances and gathering attention on his free agency, he forgot his competitive edge that hasn’t been seen in a few years. He has gotten complacent with losing. Kobe Bryant doesn’t deserve to be compared to this narcissistic douche bag and from being one myself, I can recognize the problem. The pregame chalk tosses need to end now, LeBron was like the 3rd guy to even start doing that, and he gets all the credit for it…go figure. Mr Michael Jeffrey Jordan was the originator of that chalk nonsense, and he truly was the greatest of all time.

Kobe Bryant can only be compared to one player in the history of the game, and that is Michael Jordan. Kobe is far from being the player MJ ever was, but performances like he’s had in the playoffs this year bring back some fond Jordan memories. If you hate Kobe Bryant, you hate yourself and only want to argue. I’m done having this conversation with people. Watch Kobe get his 5th ring this year and grab another finals MVP, then get ready for the MJ talk to really start. Kobe will have his 5th ring at age 31, something that took Michael Jordan 34 years. If Kobe can surpass Michael by 2-3 rings…we may be switching the argument from best player in the league, to best player of all time.
